"We had an unusual Christmas party yesterday. As it was a normal bridge day, we started at 9 AM, played till noon, made our way to the dining room and had a fabulous lunch, complete with drinks and desserts. A very merry occasion. The club had the area decorated in quite a spectacular fashion. After lunch, those of us not under the weather returned for more bridge where many strange and questionable contracts were bid. It was too bad for those of our members who could not attend due to prior commitments as they missed a great day.

We will not be playing on Boxing day or New Years day but resume our normal agenda on Monday 5th January 2026.

Our thanks to the Twin Towns staff who went out of their way to attend to all our needs and the bridge club members who helped with the setting up and other details. We wish everyone the best Christmas for 2025 and a happy and prosperous New Year."
